Yes, we now ship all of our cool products to more than 200 countries.

  

How much does it cost for shipping?

We consider ourselves reasonably smart guys, and we love simplicity.

We charge zero dollar, zip, nil, donut, nada, null, love, zilch!

That's it. It is free worldwide shipping! No surprises.

 

How long does it take to ship my product?

Our gang work hard here in the office and get your order ready in 1-2 days.

As we have added large and world-class suppliers and warehouses to our list, we ship from different areas of the world. So depending on where you live, we will be able to deliver your product faster. Please see below the average time for different regions across the globe:

  • US and Canada: 5-15 days
  • UK and Europe: 10-15 days
  • Australia and Oceania: 15-20 days
  • Middle East and Africa: 15-20 days
  • Latin America: 20-25 days

IMPORTANT NOTE

  • We have shipped a lot of orders since we started our business, so we are quite confident on those dates. HOWEVER, please be aware of some special times during the year such as Christmas and Chinese New Year, where dates may fluctuate a bit. Also, please keep in mind that the wars and conflicts, mainly in the Middle East, are affecting international shipment as ships and containers are doing longer routes to avoid the Suez Canal, which is impacting overall timelines and logistics in several different ports.

 

Can I return my product?

We are happy to take it back if you change your mind!! We know that may happen, so don't worry about it! We are still friends!!

 

What is your return policy?

In our office, we believe that happy customers mean happy life, so if you need to return an item you bought, we have a 30-day return policy after the delivery date for all our products. 

The process is simple and hassle-free, with 3 steps:
1) Please contact us at customer-service@zappaccessrories.com, with your order number.
2) We will give you the instructions on how to proceed with your package. 
3) We will credit you back after the product is returned, with no further questions asked.

Do I need to pay for the customs?

If there is something we can't skip in life is...pay taxes, right?

It may happen to the products that you buy from us too, depending on the country where you live and depending on the product and the price of the product. It is important to know that we are not, and cannot, be responsible for any customers fees. We ship to a large number of countries, and each country has its own process and regulation for imports, so it is impossible for us to know which country charges customs taxes. So, when you buy from us, please keep in mind that you may need to pay those taxes.

That said, supply chain and government processes have improved a lot in the last years, and this is a straightforward process in most countries. You will be contacted in case your product is held at customs. After payment, the product is released quickly. Again, with so many online retailers around the world, this process at customs is not a new and scaring thing anymore.

 

What is that Donation thing?

Seriously now, we believe in giving back! That is in our DNA.

So, for every single order in our store, we donate $0.50 to charity. It seems low, but when you add thousands of orders, it adds up quite quickly, which is nice!!! We also give you an opportunity to donate - you will see a box in the shopping cart. You don't need to so, but we strongly encourage you! This is what life is for! We need to think about a big purpose!!!

We usually rotate and change our charity organizations every quarter, so we can spread the love! That said, we feel very strongly about the following causes:
